Infinity Integrative Health uses a hybrid model that combines insurance-based care with an annual membership fee. Before scheduling your first appointment with Dr. Dana please read the information on the membership page for more information.

Scheduling Availability: We do our very best to see new patients within 6 weeks of scheduling. Dr. Dana may be able to see you sooner than the online schedule indicates as additional time is reserved in the schedule for initial visits. Please schedule online for the first available appointment that works for you, and we will reach out if Dr. Dana is able to offer you a sooner appointment.
